Avocado Egg Salad

Makes 6 Servings



Make your egg salad extra special by adding avocado. It's a yummy twist to an old classic. This easy egg salad can be ready in no time!


Ingredients:


6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons mayo (I use light mayo)

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

salt and pepper to taste

2 avocados, chopped


Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix eggs, green onions, mayo, yogurt, garlic powder, mustard, and the salt and pepper. Gently fold in chopped avocado and enjoy!
